Note on duration of presentation slots:
There are 15 and 20 minute presentation slots. If your presentation is in a 15-minute slot - your presentation will be 10 minutes long with 5 minutes for a Q&A. If your presentation is in a 20-minute slot - your presentation will be 15 minutes long with 5 minutes for a Q&A. PowerPoint Slide format 16:9.
Onsite Presenter are requested to give their presentations to the AV team, on the morning of the day on which they are presenting. Please confirm your presentation slot with the AV team.
